Art Challenge: Using at Least Five Layers
Journal Prompt: Give Me a High Five
Layer 1: book paper and scrapbook paper
Layer 2: tinted gesso
Layer 3: Painted the whole thing with Golden Fluid "green gold"
Layer 4: Monoprinted deli paper (green edges and red hearts) added
Layer 5: Sharpie black and white (water based) pens for doodles around deli paper elements and edges
Layer 6: Pitt Brush Pen to write sentiment. Accented with white water-based Sharpie.
Layer 7: It was too bright for me...so sponged "sepia" Archival ink all over it to tone it down.
There are 5 hearts for the "Give me a High 5" part of the challenge.
