I just love designer paper. I just can't seem to get enough. The card above is what you can do when you are down to scraps of left-over paper. I used a 1/2 inch paper punch and went to town punching out squares of some coordinating paper. Had fun arranging it in patterns. The letters were stamped and then I used Dimensionals to add some dimension. So don't throw away your scraps...have fun recycling them into funky cards.
