Last weekend, my friend Heather's sister Felicity came to town. Look at the cards that she designed. She is a master at using die cuts from Memory Box and MFT.

Deer Dad
When I first saw the Memory Box Deer family die, I thought of my father. He loved to go deer hunting. When I would go with him, I would lead him astray so we wouldn't kill any of the beautiful deer. I don't know if he ever knew. This will be the first Christmas without him. I still miss his hearty laugh.

Wednesday Night Cards
The ladies came over and we made some fun cards tonight. Take a peek!
This is one that Denita designed. Simple but elegant.
Heather cased this one from her sister. Love it!
Last, I made this one for my wonderful boss at the Hen House. The glitter paper is actually silver that I colored with alcohol inks. I can't take credit for the design, however. I cased it from Pinterest.

Marti did her Cricut magic and designed this card. We used action wobbles behind the monster. Super cute!
Here is another designed by Marti. The lady was stamped and then colored with Prismacolor markers. We also flocked the poodle and of course, used lots of bling!

Snowmen Matchbook
Paper Smooches makes the most adorable stamps. These snow dudes are a prime example.
They adorn the front of my "matchbook" gift card holder.

Wednesday Night Cards
Some of the ladies came over to make cards tonight. It was great fun as usual. Take a peek at what we made...
Renee designed this sassy witch card.
Heather cased this clever card from Pinterest. I just love the colors.
Denita designed this super cute witch card. We colored her with Prisma Alcohol markers.
I designed this card using Washi tape and also some home-made washi tape. I cased the layout from Pinterest.

Denita was a sweet heart and made decorated chocolates for everyone. Since chocolate gives me migraines, she made these popcorn ones for me. Wasn't that so nice!

Happy Birthday Sean!
Today is my husbands birthday. I am so lucky to have someone who is such a good father, partner and friend. We both took the day off today to spend some quality time together. Our daughter spent four hours baking yesterday for her dear old dad. Check out her amazing creations!
These brownie cups cakes are decorated to look like grilled items...hot dogs, shish-ka-bobs, and steaks. Aren't they adorable!
These cup cakes are decorated to look like cherry pies. Too cute!
This trio of cup cakes is decorated to look like an ear of corn with melted butter. The corn is jelly beans and the butter is a partially melted starburst candy.
Last but not least, she made this apple pie! Super yummy.
I think we are all going to be on a sugar high for a while!

Daughter of the Year!
This is the second in a series of gift cards that I made. I used a die and stamp set from My Favorite Things. I love that the t-shirt can be "daughter of the year" or "Mother" or "sister" or "friend". Very versatile.
I did a little creative paper engineering so that the gift card would be held by a piece of card stock that would slide up but not come all the way out.
